Cubby Westerberg is the Associate Pastor for Worship and Discipleship at Cross Pointe Church. He leads the worship team, middle and high school youth group, and oversees the general management of the church. He has his Bachelor of Science in Communication Arts and Literature Education from Northwestern University and his Master of Divinity from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary.

Cubby is a certified Biblical Counselor through the Association of Certified Biblical Counselors (ACBC). He and his wife, Sarah, have been married since 2010 and have four children.
